Whether you can reminisce about the fondues and cheese balls of 1960s house parties or have only seen the spreads on episodes of Mad Men, you're in for a night of fab food and flowing cocktails taken right from a page of Betty Draper's party plan!

 

Celebrated Chef Ike Koutrakos will be recreating some favorites of the decade, finessed into a truly spectacular menu of passed plates and small bites to savor throughout the evening. Pair a can of Schaefer beer with a modern update on a dinner party classic, miniature Beef Wellingtons with Truffle Jus that will melt in your mouth.

 

Your cocktail of choice is a flute of sparkling champagne? You'll want to sip this alongside Roasted Scallops with Bacon-Herb Butter Sauce, or an even lighter option such as Portobello Mushroom and Pimento Cheese Tea Sandwiches. And what could be more reminiscent of the decade than deviled eggs and Vienna sausages alongside your dirty martini!

 

Be sure to try Chef Ike's elevated take on these fun finger foods of the decade: his Deviled Eggs are served with charred tomato and paprika while he wraps miniature beef franks in the flakiest, most decadent puff pastry. I'm only scratching the surface of what will be presented to you over the course of the evening, prepare to be spoiled!

 

As for dessert, I've saved the best for last! You'll be tempted by the iconic Whoopie Pies made from scratch, Layered Strawberry Jell-o Parfait and Chocolate Pecan Iced Oatmeal Cookies. ....
